LINC Participates in Strategy Implementation Meeting in Bakhchysaray

In Bakhchysaray, Crimea, USAID LINC Project specialists participated in the second meeting of the Strategic Plan Implementation Group. The meeting focused on development of land for investment purposes.

The economic strategy of the raion and city of Bakhchysaray was developed under the guidance of LINC as part of the overall Sustainable Development Strategy of the Bakhchysaray Raion and adopted by the Bakhchysaray Raion Rada on Dec. 24, 2009. The economic strategy focuses on three critical development directions, including creation of conditions for investment attraction, improvement in the quality of raion development management, and hard infrastructure development, and two priority sectors: tourism and agriculture/processing.
