November 15-17, 2011, Simferopol, Crimea — USAID LINC, in conjunction with the State Committee of Ukraine for Regulatory Policy and Entrepreneurship and Crimea’s Ministry of Economic Development and Trade, held the first national conference for state administrators from permit one-stop shops (OSS) and representatives from oblast state administrations.
July 7, 2011 — Crimea’s first joint city-and-raion permitting One-Stop Shop (OSS) facility, opened in Dzhankoy, is intended to optimize the permit-issuing process for both issuing authorities and entrepreneurs.
June 2, 2011 — Crimea’s Bilohirsk Raion inaugurated the reopening of its Permitting One-Stop Shop (OSS), upgraded with assistance from USAID LINC, and presented it to local entrepreneurs and representatives from republican, raion and local governments.
May 19-20, 2011 — In Crimea’s Simferopol and then Feodosia, USAID LINC in conjunction with the Council of Ministers of Crimea carried out trainings on “Issues of Functioning of Permitting One-Stop Shops in Crimea.”
Feb. 28, 2011 — USAID LINC signed Protocol of Intentions to improve the operation of permit-issuing One-Stop Shop (OSS) with Crimea’s Yalta City Rada.
Feb. 22-24, 2011 — USAID LINC organized and carried out a study tour to the Lviv Permit-Issuing One Stop Shop (OSS) for a group of representatives from a number of cities and raions of Crimea, including Sevastopol, and the oblasts of Chernivtsy, Ivano-Frankivsk, Kherson, Luhansk, Odesa, Rivne, and Volyn.
Jan. 18, 2011 — In Crimea’s Economy Ministry, representatives from USAID LINC had a working meeting with First Deputy Economy Minister of Crimea Ihor Hursky to discuss further collaboration between the project and the ministry in 2011.
Jan. 17, 2011 — The Sevastopol City State Administration issued an order that established its Permitting One-Stop Shop (OSS) and eliminated certain difficulties that lack of a clear legal status had created in its operation.
Dec. 21, 2010 — USAID LINC signed Protocol of Intentions to improve the operation of permit-issuing One-Stop Shop (OSS) with Crimea’s Simferopol Raion State Administration.
Dec. 14, 2010 — USAID LINC signed Protocol of Intentions to improve the operation of permit-issuing One-Stop Shop (OSS) with Crimea’s Kirovske Raion State Administration.
Dec. 7-9, 2010 — USAID LINC organized and carried out a study tour to the Lviv Permit-Issuing One Stop Shop (OSS) for OSS administrators and relevant city Rada and raion administration officers from a number of cities and raions of Crimea and the oblasts of Kherson, Luhansk, Mykolaiv and Odesa.
Nov. 30, 2010 — USAID LINC signed Protocol of Intentions to improve the operation of permit-issuing One-Stop Shop (OSS) with Crimea’s Chornomorske Raion State Administration.
Nov. 15, 2010 — USAID LINC signed Protocol of Intentions to improve the operation of permit-issuing One-Stop Shop (OSS) with Crimea’s Pervomayske Raion State Administration.
Oct. 18, 2010 — USAID LINC signed Protocol of Intentions to improve the operation of permit-issuing One-Stop Shop (OSS) with Crimea’s Saky Raion State Administration.
Oct. 12, 2010 — USAID LINC signed Protocols of Intentions to improve the operation of permit-issuing One-Stop Shops (OSS) with state administrations of Crimea’s Krasnohvardiysk, Krasnoperekopsk, Nyzhnyohirsk, Rozdolne and Sovietsky raions.
