Overview
Armyansk (Ukrainian: Армянськ, Russian: Армянск, Armenian: Արմիանսկ, Crimean Tatar: Ermeni Bazar) is a city in northern Crimea, Ukraine. It is located on the Isthmus of Perekop.
Armyansk was founded in the beginning of the 18th century by Armenians and Greeks, who had come from the nearby city of Or Qapı (modern Perekop). The first name of the town was Ermeni Bazar (Crimean Tatar for the "Armenian market").

Armyansk to Improve On-Stop Shop Operation

June 17, 2010 — Within the framework of Crimea's Armyansk collaboration with the USAID LINC , the local government adopted two regulations aimed at improving the operation of the city's permit-issuing one-stop shop – Permit Center. The regulations include a City Rada Executive Committee resolution dated June 10, 2010, which deals with the Center's operation based on the organizational unity principle, and an order of the Armyansk Mayor dated June 17, 2010, “On Organizing the Operation of the Armyansk Permit Center.“ |
