April 11-12, 2012, Sudak, Crimea — Seminar on rasing service quality standards in HoRECa industry for owner and managers of hotels and restaurants.

February 17-18, 2012, Sudak, Crimea — A working group of the Small Hotels Association of Crimea met in Sudak in order to exchange ideas, discuss and agree upon the main elements of the Association’s development strategy and action plan for 2012. This work was assisted by USAID LINC experts.

January 18, 2012, Sudak, Crimea — USAID LINC supported the second seminar on new rules of accounting and taxation which gathered about 45 owners and managers of private guest houses and small hotels from the South-East Crimea.

December 8, Sudak, Crimea — Presentation "Landscape excursion to Echki-Dag" for guides and tour operators.

October 15-18, 2011, Sudak, Crimea — USAID LINC and the Small Hotels Association of Crimea carried out a promo tour of the Sudak region for Ukrainian tour operators to interest them in extending the range of their offers using various opportunities associated with small hotels.

September 15, 2011, Sudak, Crimea — The Sudak City Rada adopted the Economic Development Strategic Plan. The document had been drafted for the territory under the Rada’s jurisdiction by a local Expert Committee under the guidance of USAID LINC.

June 17, 2011 — In Sudak, Crimea, the local Expert Committee for Economic Development approved the economic development strategy it had drafted for the territory under Sudak City Rada jurisdiction and decided to submit the draft for consideration by the City Rada.

April 28-29, 2011 — USAID LINC organized and carried out a two-day promo tour around Crimea’s Sudak region for Crimean operators specializing in small hotel accommodation sales. The participants visited small to medium accommodation facilities in Sudak and adjoining villages as well as took part in round tables with representatives from local authorities and local hotel owners.

Dec. 9-10, 2010 — USAID LINC in cooperation with the Crimean Hospitality Association organized presentation of new hospitality centers and attractions in Crimea’ Sudak area to Crimean tour operators.

Final meeting of the Sudak Expert Committee for Economic Development – Present the final version of the draft Sudak Economic Development Strategic Plan.

June 14, 2010 — At its third meeting, Crimea's Sudak Expert Committee for Economic Development identified objectives (specific projects) for the Sudak City Rada territory's economic development strategy that the committee is drafting under the guidance of the USAID LINC.

May 19, 2010 – Crimea's Sudak Expert Committee for Economic Development carried out a SWOT analysis and identified goals of the Sudak City Rada territory's economic development strategy that the committee is drafting under the guidance of the USAID LINC Project.
