July 29, 2010 — The Luhansk Oblast”s Bryanka City Rada adopted the Bryanka Economic Development Strategic Plan drafted by the local Committee for Economic Development with assistance from USAID LINC. The plan focuses on investment attraction, SME development, and communal infrastructure. |

Upon presentation by USAID LINC experts, the Luhansk Oblast's Bryanka Expert Committee for Economic Development at its fourth meeting discussed and finalized the draft Bryanka Economic Development Strategic Plan worked out with assistance from LINC. |

The Luhansk Oblast's Bryanka Expert Committee for Strategic Planning, which is drafting the city's Economic Development Strategic Plan under the guidance of the USAID LINC Project, identified objectives of the strategy. Bryanka Signs a Protocol of Intentions with LINC

November 27, 2009 - The Luhansk Oblast's city of Bryanka signed a Protocol of Intentions with the USAID LINC project, undertaking to develop and implement economic development strategy in the city. The signing ceremony was part of the introductory meeting aimed at presenting the strategic planning process to members of an Expert Committee formed in the city to draft the strategic plan under the guidance of LINC. |
